- 500 g ground beef
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil and ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for a few minutes.
- Dip tortillas lightly in the broth.
- Add beef and cheese to tortillas.
- Fold tacos and cook until crispy on both sides.
- Top with onion and cilantro.
- Serve with remaining broth for dipping.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- Do not overfill tacos to keep them easy to handle.
