- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but still cold
- ⅓ cup Nutella
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold puff pastry on a floured surface and roll out slightly.
- Spread Nutella evenly over half of the pastry sheet.
- Fold the other half over the Nutella side and gently roll to seal.
- Slice into 1-inch strips, twist each strip, and tie into a knot.
- Place knots on the baking sheet and chill for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
Notes
- Chill the shaped knots before baking for better puff and shape.
- Microwave Nutella briefly if too stiff to spread.
- Add chopped hazelnuts for a crunchier texture.
