Description

These 3 Ingredient Nutella Pastry Knots are golden, flaky, and filled with rich Nutella. An easy, crowd-pleasing treat that looks bakery-made but takes just minutes to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but still cold
  • ⅓ cup Nutella
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold puff pastry on a floured surface and roll out slightly.
  3. Spread Nutella evenly over half of the pastry sheet.
  4. Fold the other half over the Nutella side and gently roll to seal.
  5. Slice into 1-inch strips, twist each strip, and tie into a knot.
  6. Place knots on the baking sheet and chill for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes

  • Chill the shaped knots before baking for better puff and shape.
  • Microwave Nutella briefly if too stiff to spread.
  • Add chopped hazelnuts for a crunchier texture.
