Description

Rich, chocolatey no bake biscuit bars with a festive Halloween twist, made with just four simple ingredients and no oven required.


Ingredients

  • Digestive biscuits (250 grams)
  • Dark chocolate (200 grams)
  • Unsalted butter (100 grams)
  • Halloween sprinkles (2 tablespoons)


Instructions

  1. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Place the dark chocolate and unsalted butter into a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Gently melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  4. Add the crushed digestive biscuits to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press it firmly into an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle the Halloween sprinkles evenly over the top and gently press them in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set, then slice into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Chill completely before slicing for clean edges.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
