Description
Rich, chocolatey no bake biscuit bars with a festive Halloween twist, made with just four simple ingredients and no oven required.
Ingredients
- Digestive biscuits (250 grams)
- Dark chocolate (200 grams)
- Unsalted butter (100 grams)
- Halloween sprinkles (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Place the dark chocolate and unsalted butter into a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
- Gently melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Add the crushed digestive biscuits to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press it firmly into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the Halloween sprinkles evenly over the top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set, then slice into bars and serve.
Notes
- Chill completely before slicing for clean edges.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
- Bars can be frozen for up to one month and thawed before serving.
