- 1 sheet pizza dough (about 250 grams)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat pan over medium heat or oven to 200°C.
- Mix tomato sauce, chopped pepperoni, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Lightly grease pan or tray with olive oil.
- Roll out dough, add filling and cheese, roll tightly, and slice into small pieces.
- Cook until golden and crispy.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Serve warm with sauce.
