Description

Quick and crispy pizza rolls with a gooey cheesy center, ready in minutes


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pizza dough (about 250 grams)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat pan over medium heat or oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, chopped pepperoni, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Lightly grease pan or tray with olive oil.
  4. Roll out dough, add filling and cheese, roll tightly, and slice into small pieces.
  5. Cook until golden and crispy.
  6. Brush with olive oil.
  7. Serve warm with sauce.

Notes
