Description

Golden, tender-crisp cauliflower florets seasoned with garlic, paprika, and onion powder, then air fried until lightly browned and full of savory flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 5 to 6 cups florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the florets are tender and the edges are golden brown and crisp.
  5. Taste and add a small extra pinch of salt if needed.
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture.

Notes

  • Dry the cauliflower well before seasoning for better browning.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket, or the florets may steam instead of crisp.
  • For extra smoky flavor, use smoked paprika.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer at 375°F for a few minutes.
