Description
Golden, tender-crisp cauliflower florets seasoned with garlic, paprika, and onion powder, then air fried until lightly browned and full of savory flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 5 to 6 cups florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the florets are tender and the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Taste and add a small extra pinch of salt if needed.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
Notes
- Dry the cauliflower well before seasoning for better browning.
- Do not overcrowd the basket, or the florets may steam instead of crisp.
- For extra smoky flavor, use smoked paprika.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer at 375°F for a few minutes.
