Description

A refreshing and indulgent yogurt bowl topped with warm, caramelized airfried figs, a drizzle of honey, and a crunchy sprinkle of pistachios. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an elegant snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 medium fresh figs, halved
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 3 minutes.
  2. Toss the halved figs with olive oil and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Arrange the figs cut-side up in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the figs are caramelized and slightly crisp.
  5. While the figs are cooking, spoon the chilled Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.
  6. Top the yogurt with the warm airfried figs.
  7. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm figs for best texture after air frying.
  • You can toast the pistachios for extra flavor.
  • Refrigerate leftover figs and reheat briefly before use.
