Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown ground beef with chopped onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, beef broth, and seasonings. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add elbow macaroni and cook for another 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
