- 4–5 thin lemon slices
- 4–5 cucumber slices
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups filtered water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add chia seeds to a glass or jar.
- Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, and mint leaves.
- Pour in filtered water and stir well to prevent chia clumping.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the chia to expand.
- Optional: Chill for 30 minutes before serving for deeper flavor.
- Add ice cubes just before serving if desired. Stir and enjoy.
