Description

A no bake banana Biscoff bar with a buttery biscuit base, creamy banana filling, and a smooth spiced Biscoff topping that sets perfectly in the fridge.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 120 g butter, melted
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 200 g cream cheese, softened
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base of the pan to form an even layer.
  4. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the banana mixture evenly over the biscuit base.
  6. Gently warm the Biscoff spread until pourable, then spread evenly over the banana layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set.
  8. Slice into bars and serve chilled.

Notes
