- 120 g butter, melted
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 300 g Biscoff spread
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base of the pan to form an even layer.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the banana mixture evenly over the biscuit base.
- Gently warm the Biscoff spread until pourable, then spread evenly over the banana layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
