A cozy, spiced cider with a fragrant twist. Batch Earl’s Cider blends apple cider, Earl Grey tea, and warming spices into a drink that’s both comforting and elegant.

- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3–4 thin apple slices
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider, cinnamon stick, apple slices, and sweetener.
- Heat over medium until steaming, but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bag.
- Steep for 3–4 minutes, then remove the tea bag and cinnamon stick.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Ladle into mugs and garnish with fresh rosemary or more apple slices.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not boil the tea to prevent bitterness.
- Use fresh, unfiltered apple cider for the richest flavor.
- Garnish right before serving to preserve freshness.
- Make a large batch and store in jars for later.
