Ingredients
Scale
- 450 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 300 g egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 45 ml oyster sauce
- 15 ml sesame oil
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat until hot.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Add vegetable oil to the hot skillet and swirl to coat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until just browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and cooked noodles. Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
- Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain for the most tender texture.
- Have all ingredients prepped before cooking since stir frying moves quickly.
- If needed, cook the beef in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
