Description

A fast and flavorful beef noodle stir fry made with tender beef, chewy noodles, and colorful vegetables tossed in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 450 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 300 g egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 45 ml oyster sauce
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat until hot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the hot skillet and swirl to coat.
  4. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until just browned, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and cooked noodles. Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Slice the beef thinly against the grain for the most tender texture.
  • Have all ingredients prepped before cooking since stir frying moves quickly.
  • If needed, cook the beef in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
