These Big Mac Wraps combine all the classic flavors of a Big Mac — juicy beef, crispy lettuce, tangy pickles, creamy sauce, and melty cheese — all tucked into a soft tortilla for a deliciously easy twist on your favorite fast-food indulgence.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely diced white onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and paprika to make the Big Mac sauce.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread a spoonful of sauce in the center.
- Top with ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and diced onion.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Return the wraps to the skillet, seam side down, and toast until golden brown and heated through.
- Slice in half, serve warm, and enjoy with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the tortillas to avoid tearing.
- Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking.
- Prep sauce ahead for deeper flavor.
- For extra crunch, toast both sides of the wrap in the skillet.
