Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses if desired.
  2. In a glass or pitcher, combine blueberries, mint leaves, and honey or maple syrup.
  3. Gently muddle until juices release and mixture becomes fragrant.
  4. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and spoon blueberry mixture evenly into each glass.
  6. Slowly pour chilled sparkling water over the mixture.
