A rich and creamy Blueberry Mocha Smoothie that blends frozen blueberries, banana, cocoa, and coffee into the perfect energizing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cooled brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 34 ice cubes (optional)
  • Toppings: extra blueberries, chopped dark chocolate, cacao nibs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee or espresso and let it cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine blueberries, banana, coffee, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla, and sweetener (if using).
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice for a thicker texture if desired.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate level to your liking.
  5. Pour into a glass or jar and top with optional garnishes like blueberries and chocolate chunks.
