Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers (about 40)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out saltines in a single layer on the sheet.
  3. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
  4. Drizzle or brush butter mixture evenly over crackers.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool on pan for 5–10 minutes before serving.
