Ingredients

  • Green Cabbage: 4 cups, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli Florets: 3 cups
  • Carrot: 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil: 2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon
  • Water: 2 tablespoons
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional): 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green Onions: 2, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
