- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Divide diced apples evenly into two mason jars or containers.
- Spoon the oat mixture over the apples in each jar.
- Top with caramel sauce and any desired toppings.
- Seal jars and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
