A calming, creamy chamomile milk tea made with whole milk, honey, and a touch of cinnamon. Perfect for relaxing evenings or a cozy afternoon treat.

- 2 teaspoons loose leaf chamomile or 2 chamomile tea bags
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Crushed pistachios for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Warm your mug with hot water and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a simmer. Add chamomile and steep for 7–10 minutes, covered.
- Remove tea bags or strain the leaves. Add milk and honey to the saucepan.
- Heat the mixture gently over low heat without boiling.
- Froth using a frother, whisk, or shake in a jar until foamy.
- Pour into a pre-warmed mug and top with cinnamon and pistachios if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
