- 10 large eggs
- 5 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted, about 2–3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and sautéed spinach.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melt and flavor.
- Frozen spinach works too, just make sure to squeeze out all the moisture.
