Ingredients
- Pasta: 400 g, penne or spaghetti
- Marinara sauce: 2 cups
- Mozzarella cheese: 1½ cups, shredded
- Parmesan cheese: ½ cup, grated
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until well coated.
