Description

Ingredients

  • Pasta: 400 g, penne or spaghetti
  • Marinara sauce: 2 cups
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1½ cups, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese: ½ cup, grated
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the marinara sauce and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until well coated.
