Description

A creamy and refreshing chia pudding made with milk, lightly sweetened with maple syrup, and finished with fresh fruit for a simple and nourishing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Add the chia seeds to the bowl and stir well so they are evenly distributed.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
  6. Stir once more before serving and top with fresh fruit.

Notes

  • Stir the mixture twice in the first ten minutes for the best texture.
  • Adjust sweetness after chilling if needed.
  • Store toppings separately until serving for freshness.
