- 2 large carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup pastina (tiny pasta stars)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic for 5–7 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
