Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken fillets
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 pickle slices
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in one bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
  5. Let coated chicken rest for a few minutes.
  6. Fry chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  7. Toast buns lightly.
  8. Spread mayonnaise on buns.
  9. Assemble with lettuce, tomato, chicken, and pickles.
  10. Serve warm.
