- 2 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 pickle slices
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in one bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
- Let coated chicken rest for a few minutes.
- Fry chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on buns.
