Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
- Melt the chocolate gently over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the coconut oil if using to create a glossy texture.
- Dip each blueberry into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place the coated blueberries on the prepared tray, spacing them apart.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20 minutes until firm.
- Remove from the tray and serve or store for later.
