A creamy tropical mocktail made with coconut milk, pineapple juice, and lime for a refreshing alcohol free drink.

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
- 2 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Chill a tall serving glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Add coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until smooth and chilled.
- Strain the drink into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Dip the rim of the glass into lime juice and coat it with toasted coconut flakes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
