Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl and spoon or whisk in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the chilled bowl.
  3. Gently whisk or stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
