Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread: 4 slices
  • Brie Cheese: 4 ounces, sliced
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Cranberry Sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons, softened
  • Fresh Thyme (optional): 1 teaspoon, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Place 2 slices butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Layer Brie slices, sprinkle mozzarella, spoon cranberry sauce, and sprinkle thyme if using. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
