- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place chopped broccoli, halved grapes, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Toss again just before serving and enjoy chilled.
