Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, cubed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the diced chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  3. Gently fold in the avocado cubes.
