- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or simple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Crushed sugar cookies (for rimming and garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, almond extract, vanilla extract, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour crushed sugar cookies into a shallow plate.
- Wet the rim of each glass and dip into the cookie crumbs.
- Pour the blended drink into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish with a whole cookie or cinnamon stick.
- Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
