- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard and chicken broth, mixing well.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
