Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 small ripe banana


Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, milk, yogurt, banana, honey, vanilla, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
