Description

This Crispy Chicken Crunch Wrap combines crispy chicken, melty cheese, fresh veggies, and bold sauces, all wrapped in a golden-toasted tortilla for the ultimate homemade fast-food experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked Crispy Chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 4 Tostada Shells or a handful of Tortilla Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter
  • Optional Hot Sauce to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Prep your fillings: chicken, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese sauce.
  3. Lightly grease the skillet with olive oil or butter.
  4. Lay one tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, layer nacho cheese sauce, crispy chicken, tostada shell, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold edges over the center in a circular motion to seal the wrap.
  6. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from pan and let rest for 1 minute before slicing.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sauces or dips.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before folding to prevent tearing.
  • Don’t overfill or the wrap won’t seal properly.
  • Press gently with a spatula for even browning and crispiness.
  • Use a larger tortilla if needed for better folding coverage.
