- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cornstarch until evenly mixed.
- Transfer the rice mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the mixture into a thin, even layer and press it down firmly using a spatula.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, rotating the pan once, until the rice is deeply golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool completely so they fully crisp.
- Break into pieces and serve.

- For extra crunch, spread the rice thinner rather than thicker.
