Description

Fluffy homemade pancakes shaped into an adorable Easter bunny face and decorated with fresh fruit and whipped cream. A fun and festive breakfast that is soft, lightly sweet, and perfect for spring mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 6 to 8 blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 raspberry
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Pour one large round pancake for the bunny head and two smaller oval shapes for the ears.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, about 2 to 3 minutes, flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a plate and decorate with strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, raspberry, and whipped cream.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

  • Do not overmix the batter to keep pancakes fluffy.
