- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 6 to 8 blueberries
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 raspberry
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
- Pour one large round pancake for the bunny head and two smaller oval shapes for the ears.
- Cook until bubbles form, about 2 to 3 minutes, flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and decorate with strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, raspberry, and whipped cream.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
