Description

A sweet, creamy, and refreshing iced coffee blended with caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream. This easy caramel frappe is your at-home café treat in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra caramel sauce, for drizzle


Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by brewing and cooling your coffee.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce inside a tall glass for decoration.
  5. Pour the blended frappe into the prepared glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream and drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy.

Notes

  • Freeze coffee into ice cubes for a stronger flavor without dilution.
