Description

This Fall Mimosa Mocktail is the perfect non-alcoholic sip of autumn, made with apple cider, pomegranate juice, and fresh citrus, all topped with sparkling water and a touch of cinnamon for cozy, crisp vibes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • Ice Cubes (as needed)
  • Optional Garnishes (orange slices, cinnamon sticks, rosemary sprigs)


Instructions

  1. Chill your glasses in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix the apple cider, pomegranate juice, orange juice, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the juice mixture into each glass until halfway full.
  5. Slowly top each glass with sparkling water to maintain the fizz and create layers.
  6. Gently stir if needed. Avoid over-mixing.
  7. Garnish with orange slices, cinnamon sticks, or rosemary sprigs as desired.
  8. Serve immediately while fresh and bubbly.
