  • Carrots: 1 cup, diced
  • Frozen Peas: 1 cup
  • Celery: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Yellow Onion: 1 small, diced
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Thyme: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pie Crust: 1 sheet
  • Egg: 1, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions
