These Fig, Pecan, and Brie Bites are the ultimate party appetizer—flaky puff pastry filled with creamy brie, sweet fig jam, and crunchy pecans, all finished with fresh rosemary. Fancy without the fuss, and ready in under 30 minutes!

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup fig jam or fig preserves
- ¼ cup chopped pecans, lightly toasted
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Press each square gently into the wells of the muffin pan.
- Add a small cube of brie to each cup, followed by ½ teaspoon of fig jam.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans and a pinch of rosemary on top of each.
- Brush exposed edges of puff pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until pastry is golden and puffed.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can prep these ahead and refrigerate unbaked for up to 6 hours.
- Try different jams like apricot, raspberry, or hot pepper jelly.
- Brie rind is edible, but you can remove it if preferred.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top after baking for a savory edge.
