- 6 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients if possible for best texture and flavor.
- Add the watermelon, cucumber, feta, and mint to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and lime juice evenly over the ingredients.
- Gently toss until everything is just combined.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper, then taste and adjust if needed.
