- ½ cup walnuts, toasted
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey

- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- If toasting walnuts, place them in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 3–4 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced peaches, toasted walnuts, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately with additional feta or black pepper if desired.
