Description

Garlic Bread Pizza combines the bold flavors of garlic butter, crispy bread, melty cheese, and zesty tomato sauce into one irresistible bite-sized comfort meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large French bread loaf, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional), torn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning until combined.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place on parchment or foil.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly on both bread halves. Add pizza sauce and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Transfer the bread to the preheated baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Add fresh basil if desired.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
