Description

This cozy Golden Turmeric Latte is warm, creamy, and filled with anti-inflammatory spices like turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Perfect for a calming start to your day or a soothing nighttime treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of black pepper


Instructions

  1. Set your saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  3. Gently warm the mixture, whisking occasionally, until it begins to steam (do not boil).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup or honey to taste.
  5. Whisk vigorously or use a frother to create a foamy top.
  6. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
