A refreshing Greek-style iced coffee made with frothy instant coffee, cold water, ice, and creamy hazelnut milk for a smooth, nutty finish.

- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup hazelnut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Add instant coffee, sugar if using, and cold water to a jar with a tight lid.
- Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until thick foam forms.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the coffee foam over the ice.
- Slowly add hazelnut milk.
- Insert a straw, stir gently if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use very cold water for the best foam.
- Adjust sugar to taste before shaking.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
