Description
A bright and refreshing green apple lemon tea made with green tea, crisp apple slices, fresh lemon, and a touch of honey. Perfect served warm or chilled over ice.

- 2 green tea bags
- 1 medium green apple, thinly sliced
- 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cups hot water
Instructions
- Heat 4 cups of water until just below boiling, then let it cool for about 1 minute.
- Place the green tea bags into a teapot or heatproof pitcher.
- Pour the hot water over the tea bags and steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and add the thinly sliced green apple and lemon slices to the warm tea.
- Allow the fruit to infuse for 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey until fully dissolved.
- Serve warm or let it cool and pour over ice before serving.
Notes
- Do not over steep the green tea to avoid bitterness.
- Use freshly sliced fruit for the best flavor.
- Adjust honey according to your preferred sweetness level.
- For iced tea, chill completely before adding ice to prevent dilution.
