Description

Ingredients

  • Cucumber: 1 large, peeled and chopped
  • Lime Juice: Juice of 2 limes
  • Fresh Mint Leaves: 8–10 leaves
  • Simple Syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Sparkling Water: 1/2 cup per glass
  • Ice Cubes: as needed
  • Optional: Gin or Vodka: 1.5 oz per glass
  • Cucumber and Lime Slices: for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Chill glasses and sparkling water.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Blend cucumber with lime juice, then strain the juice through a fine sieve.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Set out short glasses and fill halfway with ice.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Add simple syrup, lightly muddled mint, and alcohol if using to each glass.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Pour in cucumber-lime juice and stir gently.
