- Tortillas (burrito size): 4
- Butter or Oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Combine Ingredients: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix sour cream and nacho cheese sauce in a bowl.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Lightly butter one side of each tortilla. Lay them butter-side down when ready to grill.
- Assemble the Dish: On the unbuttered side, layer 1/4 cup cooked rice, seasoned beef, cheese sauce mix, and a handful of both cheeses. Roll tightly into a burrito.

- Finishing Touches: Press gently with a spatula as it cooks. Let cool for a minute before slicing.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice in half and serve with salsa, guacamole, or extra cheese sauce.
