These healthy Bounty bars are a guilt-free twist on the classic treat, combining shredded coconut and coconut cream with rich dark chocolate for a naturally sweet and satisfying dessert.

- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and clear space in your fridge.
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until sticky and well combined.
- Scoop the mixture and shape into bars using your hands. Place them on the prepared tray.
- Chill the bars in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and return to the tray.
- Optional: sprinkle sea salt on top. Chill until the chocolate sets.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy when ready.
