Description

A smooth and refreshing drink made with homemade cold brew, creamy almond milk, and a drizzle of honey. Perfect for warm mornings or a mid-afternoon treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse-ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the ground coffee and cold water to a large jar or pitcher. Stir well.
  2. Cover and let steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12 to 16 hours.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean container.
  4. Warm the honey slightly to make it easier to mix.
  5. Fill a glass with ice and pour in 3/4 cup of cold brew concentrate.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of almond milk and stir in the honey. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  7. Stir gently, serve immediately, and enjoy.
