Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, orange juice, zest, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  4. Add sliced beef in batches and sear until browned.
  5. Pour in the sauce and let it simmer.
  6. Add cornstarch mixed with water and stir until thickened.
  7. Coat beef evenly, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
