- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, orange juice, zest, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Add sliced beef in batches and sear until browned.
- Pour in the sauce and let it simmer.
- Add cornstarch mixed with water and stir until thickened.
- Coat beef evenly, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
